Strengthening Families
El Sol Neighborhood Educational Center, in collaboration with Healthy Families America and San Bernardino County Department of Public Health CHVP, conducts regular weekly home visits. Our specialized focus is on individuals who are pregnant or have a baby under 3 months old. Our primary objective is to proactively prevent child neglect and abuse within these vulnerable populations. To achieve this, we employ a curriculum approved by the national agency HFA (Healthy Families America). Through this curriculum, we promote and foster a healthy family dynamic, encouraging participants to work collectively for the well-being of both their family unit and the healthy development of their child.
